WHY WE NEED TO SERVE TO THE MINISTRY
“Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me . . . I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me’” (Matthew 25:34-36, 40). Clearly, when we care for someone in need, we do the will of Christ.The primary thing to remember in charity is that all we have belongs to God, and all we give is a response to His love for us (1 John 4:19). Giving to God's work is to sowing seed. "I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. (II Cor 9:6.) "Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the LORD will deliver him in time of trouble.The LORD will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies.
